This is the most disgusting KK that I have ever been... not to mention that the employees doesn't even talk the costumers just stand there looking at ,no asking what you want to order or nothing. Smaller donuts ever.

I was here the morning of June 20th, my family came here our last morning of our vacation and it was disappointing and trashy. My shoes stuck to the floor from the front door all the way to the restroom. The menu screens were all off. While I waited I was able to see no one was collecting the donuts at the end of the conveyor, so a pile of donuts was forming on the floor. One employee kicked through the pile as she walked by. I waited extra long cause the guy was blank staring at the donut display, was he high?? There was no menu, so I guess I was using incorrect names of the donuts, but I asked for a dozen "donut holes" and after a minute and speaking to a brick wall, the guy said they didnt have any. Even though I was looking at a full tray of them. I also wanted a mug, but their entire shelving of merchandise was empty. I've been to the Branson and Little Rock locations, and they were excellent. Corporate needs to visit this location unannounced to see for themselves and do a hard reset. Only one girl there spoke to me like I wasn't a burden or that I even existed.

I'll start by saying the lady behind the counter was great. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The donuts were mid. I've been missing Krispy Kreme because they all closed down in my area (Gulfport/Biloxi) so I was happy to see one that wasn't too far out of the way between the hotel and office I was meeting at. So I stopped in to pick up a couple dozen for the office. The filled donuts had almost no filling. The original glazed were a little over cooked so instead of fluffy and airy like they're supposed to be, they were kind of dense, almost like Dunkin (which I don't care for). To top it off (no pun intended), the glaze was very minimal on the original glazed, almost as of the donuts had sucked it all in and didn't leave any for the outside. Or maybe they just didn't put enough on. The rest of the office appreciated the donuts and the chocolate covered were great so it was overall a decent experience. Oh and those banana donuts were amazing.

We visited this donut shop recently and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The donuts were incredibly fresh and delicious, and there was a wide variety to choose from. They had everything from classic chocolate donuts to Oreo-flavored ones, cinnamon donuts, and many other creative options. It honestly took us a while to decide because everything looked so good. The gentleman working there, who was basically the receptionist and front staff, was extremely kind and welcoming. He treated us very warmly and in a friendly way, asked us where we were from, and made us feel genuinely comfortable and appreciated as customers. His positive attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. On top of that, he kindly offered us a free donut, which was such a lovely surprise. While we were waiting, the donuts were coming fresh out of the oven! hot, soft, and smelling amazing. You could truly tell how fresh they were. After receiving our order, we were treated with a lot of respect, and everything was nicely packed for takeout. We took the donuts to the car and enjoyed them with milk and chocolate milk, and it was absolutely perfect. The taste was amazing, the

Thereโs no way this place can seriously call itself an establishment. I came by this morning to get donuts for my daughter and was instructed by a sign to pull around to the drive-thru window. I waited over five minutes while the inside of the store looked completely empty and disorganized. When someone finally came to the window, I was told they couldnโt sell me anything because no one knew how to work the register. I even offered to pay with cash, but was told no because they didnโt know how to open the cash drawer. Easily the most ridiculous drive-thru experience Iโve ever had. I will not be returning to this location.
